Aritzia Job Meet & Greet

So I applied in store and online for the Aritzia near me & I got an email to go in just for a casual meet and greet with one of the store managers. Here is my outfit- it actually took me so long to find a mix between not slobby but not too done up considering it was just a meet and greet.

Black Tank Top: Forever21

Cardigan: Aritzia 

Necklace: Urban Outfitters

Rings: Forever 21

And when I got there it was really laid back I just sat down with the manager and she just asked the normal questions like "tell me about yourself" "how will working here help you in future endeavors" and these questions just got us onto other topics like fashion and fashion blogs we like, dream jobs, etc. And by the end of us talking she actually told me that normally they're supposed to ask for a formal interview before hiring but she gave me a job right on the spot! So if you're thinking of applying at Aritzia but don't have any retail experience don't be afraid because I have ZERO experience and she still hired me right away!
